I just found this video today. The newest jam I've seen from one of the most under rated groups from the 90's.

The Return Of The Boom Bap

Tonight`s the nite. I am returning to the airwaves after a very long hiatus. For many years I hosted a Hip Hop radio show, but for the past few years I took a break to focus on my family and work. At midnight it will mark the return of the Quality Sound Show. Many things have changed since I last worked the boards, but one thing has never changed, and that is good music. So if your up I hope you tune in http://chrwradio.com/listen/

Stevie Wonder Live At Last

I picked this DVD up almost two weeks ago when it came out. I`m not sure why I didn`t pop it in and start playing it right away. I`ve been waiting years for a Stevie Wonder live concert DVD. Anyways to get to the point. This is a masterpiece, no bones about it. I would say it`s the best live performance I`ve seen on DVD to date. All I can say is, if your a fan you can not sleep on this. This is something for your collection that you will enjoy for years.

Adidas House Of Pain Campus 80 St. Patrick’s Day

adidas Originals and hip-hop group House of Pain collaborated for a special edition St. Patrick’s Day shoe called the Campus 80 House of Pain. House of Pain member Danny Boy O’Connor contributed design concepts and feedback while adidas designers brought the shoe to life.
The green, gold and white color way of the Campus 80 House of Pain shoe was inspired by the band’s Irish heritage. The band’s iconic crest, first introduced on the debut album, “House of Pain,” is featured on the tongue. The deep vintage suede exterior completes the classic look. The sneaker is limited to 1500 pairs worldwide.

Steppin Out The Kitchen
I haven't heard this track in a long ass time. Not sure why it just jumped into my head. No matter, It's dope as fuck.
RIP Lyman Woodard
"Don't Stop the Groove" wasn't just the title of one of organist Lyman Woodard's best records. It was the immutable truth at the core of his being, the philosophy that transformed his live performances into four-alarm parties.
Woodard, who died Tuesday at Owosso Memorial Hospital at age 66, was a stalwart on the local jazz scene for decades. But he really hit his stride in the 1970s, when his band, the Lyman Woodard Organization, took up residence at Cobb's Corner, a Cass Corridor nightspot that became a leading showcase for jazz in Detroit.

Yancey Boys Contest

In 2008, Illa J teamed up with the historic Delicious Vinyl record label to release the highly acclaimed Yancey Boys, an album featuring beats by his brother the legendary producer J Dilla. Now, to celebrate the recent release of Yancey Boys Instrumentals, Illa J is giving aspiring rappers an opportunity to shine on two of the album tracks. Illa J, 2dopeboyz.com, Delicious Vinyl, and Audible Treats have joined forces and are proud to bring you the Illa J Remix Contest. After downloading the hook-included instrumentals of "R U Listening" and "Showtime" (found at the links below), contestants will have two weeks to rap their best verses based around the concept of Illa J’s hooks and submit their versions of the songs to be judged by Illa J and Delicious Vinyl.
Two winners, one for each song, will be chosen. Delicious Vinyl will officially release both winning submissions as digital singles for free download. Each winner will also each receive one unique 16 bar verse recorded personally by Illa J for inclusion on whichever personal project(s) they choose. So... Got the skills to hang with the Yancey Boys? To enter the contest, or for further information about the contest, including download links for the two hook-included instrumentals, rules, deadlines, and prizes:

Ya Know Its On
Poet, a native of the Queensbridge projects, first made a name for himself in 1987, with the release of "Beat You Down," a scathing song attacking KRS-One at the height of the battle between Queens and The Bronx.
Blaq Poet's new album Tha Blaqprint will be available this spring via Year Round Records via Fat Beats Distribution.
This should be a dope record. I'm definitely feeling the Primo production on this track.
